The following rules are to be acknowledged and respected by everyone who enters the gate:
By signing this release of of liability and waiver, you understand and have agreed to all rules.
All guests/riders MUST sign a waiver before entering.
All guests/riders under the age of 18 must have parents or legal guardians sign the consent form
**ALL WAIVERS ARE ON WEBSITE
WE ARE STRICTLY PRIMITIVE: Which means no showers and we have portable toliets.
**FRIDAY**
Friday, we open at 12(noon) - 10pm for camper set up only! You are allowed to visit other campsites, vendors & concessions. You are not allowed to ride any trails or the dirt road.
You are not allowed to come in after 10pm on Friday. Noise ordinance from midnight - 7am.
**SATURDAY**
Riding starts at 8am-10pm. Quiet time is midnight - 7am
There is absolutely NO riding after 10pm. Bonfire (weather permitting) is at dark.
Speed Limit is 10mph on trails, camping, parking and dirt road access.
Helmets are highly recommended for all riders. Riders assume all responsibility for safely operating vehicles.
Everyone rides at their own risk. Know your limitations and do not exceed the capabilities of your atv/utv. You assume all risks from your choices.
Parking area is for parking! No speeding, cutting up or horseplay is allowed.
All trails are ONE WAY.
Ride only on marked trails.
Wristbands must be worn at all times. If you are not wearing your wristband, you can purchase another one or leave.
NO GLASS!!!!!!!!!! Please understand this is dangerous and we take it very serious. It is a danger to kids and adults. If caught with glass, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
No littering (should be common sense). Place litter in appropriate trash receptacles.
Pack it in, Pack it out! A roll off is located by the pit for all your camping trash. Please do not leave trash behind at your campsite. Trash cans are placed along the trails.
Camp fires are permitted in your campsite only. They must be contained and attented to at all times. We comply with all county ordered burn bans.
No illegal drugs, firearms or weapons allowed on the property.
No chain saws are allowed.
Fighting or disorderly conduct is not allowed. Any violation to this rule will result in being banned from the property and the possibility of being prosecuted.
BCTR is neither liable nor responsible for damage, loss or theft of personal property
or injury to visitors. If you are not willing to assume responsibility for yourself, your
equipment, or your children, please do not come.

SECURITY AND OFFICERS ARE AT ALLTIMES.
